It’s hard to believe that the holiday season is upon us. As I reflect on 2021, it was an unprecedented year within the healthcare industry. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank ALL healthcare service providers. You have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic and have genuinely made a difference. You are all my heroes for the personal sacrifice you make every day to help those who need care.
I’d like to also thank all healthcare service providers across the country who have chosen Scioto Properties as your real estate partner. We are a business built on relationships, and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with you.
I’m also proud of our employees at Scioto Properties. Often, we find our most significant successes in the most challenging environments, and 2021 provided that situation. We’ve persevered as a team. As a result, we’re a stronger company. We’ll end the year with one of our most successful years to date. I have the honor of working with the most hard-working and dedicated employees with which I have ever had the privilege of working.
I know continued challenges are ahead in 2022 for all businesses. But I look forward to conquering those challenges together, and for that, I'm incredibly grateful.
